Penny P. Wickey

Penny is the Principal of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC and an active broker in the New England marketplace since 1994.

Penny formed Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate to focus on her commitment to provide personal service and encourage long-term client relationships. Saugatuck Commercial continues to grow steadily, representing a wide variety of real estate clients through-out New England. As a result of Penny’s leadership, strategic guidance, expert negotiating skills, and reputation for effective representation of tenants and landlords, the company has secured a prominent list of clients: Exclusive Retail Tenants include Cold Stone Creamery, Quiznos, Cingular/AT&T, Hollywood Video, Omni Fitness, Robeks, Hollywood Tan, Fleming’s Steakhouse; Office Tenants include Priceline, New England Financial, Stamford Hospital, Subrogation Healthcare Group, Daniels & Porco LLP, Janus Funds, L-1 Investment Partners, Textron Financial; Landlords/Developers in Westport, Norwalk, Darien, Stamford, Fairfield, Newtown, & Wallingford.

Prior to launching Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate, Penny was engaged in multinational commercial lending at the Bank of Boston. She left to become the Director of Finance and Administration for the Latin American Scholarship Program of American Universities, an affiliate of Harvard University. During her independent consulting career, Penny provided financial and general management consulting services for an array of challenging and diverse businesses: The U.S. Department of State, New England Conservatory, Cornell University, Massachusetts Council on the Arts and Humanities, New England Foundation for the Arts, and the President’s Office on Science and Technology (Washington, DC).

Penny received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College and graduated from Cornell University with a Masters in Business Administration. She holds a real estate broker’s license for the States of Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, is an ICSC member, and founding member of Fairfield County Chapter of ICSC.
