In the last 6 months, the company has signed the following lease transactions for office space: 5250SF with Stamford Hospital in New Canaan; 5120SF with Subrogation Partners, Inc. in Westport; 3321SF with Amajac Capital in Stamford.

In addition, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate exclusively represents the following retail tenants expanding in Connecticut: Cold Stone Creamery, Inc. is opening stores in Greenwich, Simsbury, Glastonbury, South Windsor, Orange and Wilton with leases pending in Stamford, and North Haven. Quiznos Sub signed leases for two locations in Norwalk and is aggressively pursuing numerous locations throughout Fairfield County. Saugatuck is responsible for bringing two new exciting restaurant concepts to Fairfield County. Melting Pot, an upscale full service fondue restaurant has signed a lease at Grove Street Plaza in Darien and Robeks, a superior health food & smoothies restaurant has recently opened in the Ridgeway Shopping Center, Stamford and is seeking additional locations in Fairfield County.
