Over the last 6 months, as the exclusive agent for the following retailers throughout CT, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate has successfully negotiated leases as follows: Cold Stone Creamery Inc. is opening 6 new locations in CT including Brookfield, Meriden, Milford, Shelton, Torrington, and Windsor Locks. Cingular Wireless has signed leases in Montville and Torrington and Robeks Fruit Smoothies is opening at Compo Acres Shopping Center in Westport. Quiznos Subs is opening stores in South Norwalk and Downtown Stamford, CT. Hollywood Tans, with the largest, most up-to-date tanning facilities, is expanding into Branford and Hamden. Arby’s is opening in the former Burger King on Rte 1 in Westport and in the former Taco Bell on Rte 10 in Cheshire, CT.

In addition, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate has brokered the following transactions on behalf of landlords: Planet Pizza at Center 7 on Main Street, Norwalk; Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries for the developer of Waterfall Plaza, Newtown; as well as a new restaurant on Main Street in Downtown Stamford by the owners of Match in SoNo and a new Subway in The Town Green at Wilton Center.

Allen Global has also signed a lease for premiere office space in Southport, CT. SCRE represented the Tenant in negotiating this transaction.
