Retailers Continue to Expand Throughout Connecticut

As the exclusive agent for the following retailers, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate has successfully negotiated leases as follows: The new AT& T has signed leases for five new stores in North Haven, Newington, Brookfield, Canton and Storrs, CT. Massage Envy, a national membership based massage therapy clinic, awarded North America's Hottest Retailer Award by the International Council of Shopping Centers, plans to open two more clinics in Brookfield and Milford, CT. Omni Fitness renewed their lease in Brookfield, CT. Cold Stone Creamery has leased space in Westerly, RI. Robeks, the nation's fastest growing health food franchise, will be opening their fifth and sixth stores in Cos Cob and West Hartford, CT. Crumbs, a charming bakery with elegant baked goods, is expanding their presence beyond New York City, Beverly Hills and The Hamptons into High Ridge Center, Stamford, CT.

Lease transactions were also brokered for Berlitz International in Westport and Norwalk, Sherwin Williams in Danbury, The Tobacco Shop on Westport Avenue in Norwalk and Sprout on Post Road in Westport, CT.

In addition, SCRE assisted in the sale of a property in Norwalk, CT for POKO development and the disposition of surplus property on North Colony Road in Wallingford for Rite Aid.
