Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC is a full-service commercial real estate company located in Westport, CT. The company represents tenants and landlords and assists retailers, office users, as well as landlords and developers, in leasing, investing and developing retail and office property throughout Connecticut, downstate New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

In the last 6 months, the company has brokered the following lease transactions for office space for the following clients: Daniels & Porco Law Offices at Wilton Commons (1700SF); AllState Insurance in Norwalk (1000SF), expansion space in Westport for HSG, Inc. (2700SF) and “Class A” office space for L-1 Investment Partners in Stamford (16,600SF).

On behalf of the landlord at Center 7 on Main Avenue in Norwalk Saugatuck successfully negotiated leases with Starbuck’s for its drive-thru operation replacing Burger King, Quiznos Sub replacing Heavenly Ham, and Citibank replacing SplashZone.

In addition, as exclusive agent for the following retailers, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate brokered the following: Cold Stone Creamery, Inc. at the Pavilions in North Haven and at Fairfield Woods Plaza on Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield. Active searches continue in downtown Stamford, Westport, Ridgefield, Brookfield, Middletown and Meriden; Quiznos Sub signed leases for locations at Brookside Shopping Center in Bridgeport, Main Street in Downtown Bridgeport, Candlewood Lake Shopping Center in Brookfield/Danbury and Ryders Landing in Stratford. Quiznos continues to aggressively pursue locations throughout Fairfield County including Stamford, Darien, Westport, Fairfield, and Southbury; Hollywood Video signed a lease at Brookside Shopping Center in Bridgeport; Hollywood Tan has recently signed three leases in CT – Boston Post Road in Orange, Bishop’s Corner in West Hartford, and the Rte 6 ShopRite Plaza in Bristol. Saugatuck has been retained as the exclusive broker in Connecticut for H & R Block and throughout CT and Western MA for Cingular Wireless.
