Saugatuck Commercial negotiates leases for top retailers in CT and MA

As the exclusive agent for the following retailers, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate has successfully negotiated leases as follows: Aldi’s, an international grocer specializing in private label products at the best possible prices will be opening 5 new locations in Conn. including Middletown, North Windham, Vernon, New Britain, and East Hartford. Fast food retailer Arby’s has 2 new locations in Conn. including Bristol and Berlin. The new AT&T has signed leases in Meriden and Manchester and Hollywood Tans, with one of the largest up-to-date tanning facilities, is expanding into Derby, South Windsor, and Springfield, Mass. Massage Envy, a national membership based massage therapy clinic, awarded North America’s Hottest Retailer Award by the International Council of Shopping Centers, has launched their pilot clinic on Black Rock Tnpk. in Fairfield with plans to expand throughout Conn. and Westchester County, N.Y. Omni Fitness has signed a lease with the Shoppes at Farmington Valley in Canton and Panchero’s Grill is opening in Shelton, Conn. Rizzuto’s, an exhibition kitchen trattoria, as well as JD’s Cosmetics will be opening at Blue Back Square in West Hartford and Robeks will be opening their third store in Darien, Conn. In addition, SCRE has represented Patriot Bank on Main St. and Sundance Café in Landmark Square, Stamford.

Saugatuck as has also brokered the following transactions on behalf of landlords: Kumon has opened in Waterfall Plaza, Newtown and Sherwin Williams has signed a lease in Bristol, Conn.
